Temporarily offline

Due to a severe security vulnerability in PHP, we are taking precautionary measures to protect our infrastructure and our customers data.

As part of these measures, some services have been temporarily disabled or restricted while we assess the impact and implement the necessary security updates.

We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to restore normal operations as soon as it is safe to do so.

Updates

The security patches are installed and our servers have been rebooted. This means that websites on our hosting platform should be available again!

For other managed servers, we are installing the updates one by one, so some services might still be unavailable, but this should soon be fixed too.

The anounced PHP vulnerabilities have been published. The security patches are being installed on our systems at the moment. Once installed and rolled out, our services will gradually be restored.

To prevent abuse we have decided to temporarily take all websites on hosting packages offline. For other servers under our support (VPS under SLA) we will take similar steps.

Further information about the critical PHP vulnerability is expected at 16:00 CEST (Amsterdam time) today.

As soon as the PHP patch is available, we will apply it, and bring the services back online.

This is a worldwide security issue affecting PHP-based services globally. We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.

Our apologies for the disruption.

We are preparing our infrastructure in response to a critical PHP security vulnerability. As a precaution, certain functionality may be temporarily unavailable, particularly file uploads and other features relying on multipart requests.

We are closely monitoring developments and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
